Cancellation Fees
Cancelling 30 days before check-in forfeits 50% of the deposit.
Cancelling 14 days before check-in forfeits 100% of the deposit.
Cancelling 7 days before check-in forfeits 100% of the booking total.
Automatic Cancellation
The booking balance payment must be done 4 weeks before check-in.
Failure to settle the full booking total 4 weeks before check-in will result in the booking being cancelled and a cancellation fee will be charged.
In the event of a no-show, the full booking total will be charged.
Refunds
Any refunds processed will be subject to an administration fee within 2 weeks.
